    I paid $350 to have 21 shirts and 1 apron customized. She is refusing to provide the merchandise. She moved from Rensselaer, NY to someplace in Utica, NY. This was a verbal agreement. The police have given her until 8/26/2022 to provide a refund or the merchandize or they will pursue a warrant for larceny..

    This complaint is ridiculous.. First of all he only paid $200 for 10 shirts and they were mailed out to him. This man is a con artist and I have seen him do this to other people. i told him it would be 4-6 weeks for the merchandise after e irving payment and he called the cops 2 weeks into the job. i told the police that it was going to take longer than that via our verbal agreement. i finished the job a week after talking to police and the merchandise was mailed out. This behavior is outrageous and i've tried contacting the customer numerous times since i talked to the police with no response.

    This person is a liar. I have given $350 total and she keeps trying to get more money out of me. She has also made no contact with me. I'm the one always initiating contact and then she requests more money. I have seen no proof she actually has my merchandise ready. I want my merchandise or money back.
