    June 15, 2023 At around 3 pm I ordered two pair of eye glasses. The representative *** ***** said they will start on lenses in the morning. That night I changed my mind. I called first thing in the morning, as soon as they opened at 10 am. I said I want to cancel my order. She told me there are no refunds. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT NOR DID I SEE ANY SIGN SAYING THAT. (They claimed it was on the door but I went back and took a picture to confirm it was not there - attached ) I went back and forth with the manager, *********, over the next couple of weeks. She was and still is 100% inflexible. They still have my money and will not refund it even though I have no merchandise.

    I went to purchase glasses at the business Ultimate Spectacles. The woman who first serviced me was a new employee and not properly trained to explain my purchase and all options available I was lead to believe that I had 30 days to return my purchase if unsatisfied for a refund I was even told to write my purchase date down on my paperwork as a reminder. The lenses were not made how I wanted them and I cannot even see out of my glasses. When I returned well within the 30 day period I was told I cant receive a refund only store credit not to mention that it would cost an additional $200 to fix my lenses properly. I was not informed of the difference between different types of lenses and the difference in price the whole thing was massively confusing and not explained properly. I cant afford to pay more money why would I want store credit when I can find a cheaper option which I would have done if I was aware of the price and difference in the lenses. I would like your help resolving this problem in receiving a refund for my purchase. Thank you for your time in dealing with this situation.Sincerely;*****************************
