    Support was nice enough. But I packaged an item that was fragile in the original manufacturers packaging and materials to ship back for product support. I was worried about the item and, as a result, paid for shipping insurance. Upon arrival at the facility, the box and content were near completely trashed with cracks, chips and damage throughout. Pictures were sent to me by the manufacturer, but apparently these were not enough to satisfy my claim. Upon receipt of the item back from the manufacturer, I sent in more photos of all of the damage per the claim request. The response from *** as to why my claim wouldn't be paid out was not satisfactory and included links to shipping guidelines that, I suspect, were not met because one can should "avoid" shipping in a previously used box - "avoid re-using boxes". Doesn't specify that one CAN NOT re-use boxes. Paying for insurance for these things seems like a real scam. I would discourage people from using *** to ship fragile items, or items that one doesn't want to be damaged in any way. I would most certainly avoid paying for the insurance - as they will find a way to avoid paying out your claim.

    This is a review for *** and it's policy. We as *** store have no control over this type of matter. Customer is made aware of shipping & packing at the time of transaction and they do sign a shipping order. I would strongly advice customer to use *** ********************** for packing as we do offer *********** guarantee. We take full responsibility if package is damaged and *** denies claim.
