I arranged a Car rental in ***** for 2-4-2023 to 2-11-2023 from ***************. I got a confirmation of the rental from *************** for a car from ACO Rent a Car with a confirmation number o* ********** for $198.25. When I got to the airport to pick up the car from ACO Rent a Car, I was told I was not on the list and that they had no car available. In desperation, I went to 3 other car rental companies and they did have a car. I went to **** and they had a car but I paid $1319.00 for the car. I am seeking redress for the difference in the rental cost. I feel that *************** made a rental agreement that they failed to honor. They are not a reputable source to rent from and they should honor a rental agreement. Can you please file a complaint for me in this matter Thank You ***********************

I rented a car on 10/19/22 in *****. I had to provide a deposit of $150. I have been trying to get back my deposit since October 2022. Every time I call they say in a few days. A 2 1/2 day rental of a used vehicle with 100k miles on it should not have cost $300. The deposit is a gimmick for you to overpay with no intention of getting a deposit back.

We contacted the rental supplier on the customer's behalf regarding the unreturned deposit. They informed us that their legal team is working with the customer's bank on the issue. We instructed the customer to reach out to her banking institution for further information.
