    The vendor (LOGAN BUS COMPANY) provides school bus transportation. I as a driver worked with them however last year on 09-16-2024 I submitted a resignation letter. Now recently I decided to do business with a completely different school bus company and encountering issues because Logan Bus Company is holding my OPT (Office of Pupil Transportation) certificate hostage. They refuse to release my certificate to this day despite I have left their Company long ago. When I have contacted them , they mention it takes 1-7 days (when it does not take more a few minutes) and now it is past their supposed 7 days and still not resolved. Also they started questioning if I have remaining debts as an obstacle to why they have not done their work since last year , when in fact everything on My end is clear.

    To Whom It May ********* am writing you in regard to my daughters transportation from school around 9am on Monday, 9/18, to inquire about the bus scheduled to pick my daughter up from school. The person who answered the phone said that a bus was scheduled and there were no issues. The bus never showed up. When I called the company around 3:45 the same day, I was told that the bus route was not activated and there would be no bus that afternoon. When I asked why I was given different information earlier in the day, a young man named ******* who is the dispatcher hung upon me. I called again around 2:30pm this afternoon and got no answer. I just personally think that entities we entrust our children with should have better business practices than this. Parents are supposed to make sure their kids have transportation and we need the cooperation of the company providing the service to do so. This is Bad Business.     My child is on bus route N884 . since September this bud has yet to be on time they have changed bus matrons.they take our numbers and dont communicate with us the bus comes at a different time everyday we never know when .when we call the base we get no answers or we get disrespected and hung up on .this is no way to conduct business. They literally had my child standing outside until after 9 one day we call the complaint number we get no results

    Logan bus company consistently is late picking up school children to go to school or late picking the children up to take them home. The ************* of the company never answers the phone or responds to phone messages. *** public schools should really stop using them.
