      Hi as I was being interviewed they asked me once to fix my camera I did no problem and while I was watching a video I got abruptly cut off and it said I was banned from the interview no warning when I texted them and asked them why they said we warned you both verbally and in writing. Imagine how if they treated their customers that way they would be out of business. I have worked for many years many companies and they claim they are a people business more than a sales business. Not sure how they are in business so long. Anyways I strongly encourage everyone to do business with them at your own risk. They should treat potential new hires more professional and respectful. Just unsettling. OMG.

      Vector has helped me tenfold in the multitude of professional skills I have gained in my time with them. Years later, I find myself still applying the methods provided in their "basic" training. The management went above and beyond to not only teach me, but make sure I felt welcomed and continued to challenge me to make sure I reached my full potential. I urge anyone hesitant in this opportunity to give it a real shot, these are good people with great values.

      I had vector for 24 years. I have been very satisfied with the services. Support services are very timely and the technicians have excellent people skills. My hone line has been out for over a week. Verizon stated my security system was causing it. The technician left the phone jack exposed that was the problem. Saul the vector technician informed me that vector was a wireless security system and was not causing the problem. He went the extra mile to look at the jack. There was broken wire that he repaired and my service was restored. I called Verizon while Saul was here to inform him that vector resolved Verizon’s problem. Thanks Saul for your exemplary customer services.

      People come here to complain. But my experience has been the opposite. As a summer job, there’s nothing better. Cutco makes great products.

      I can't speak to their employment model. But, as customers of Cutco, we have worked with some of their reps, who conduct in-person knife sharpening at scheduled appointments. Often, if knives are wearing down, the reps will recommend a repair or replacement knife. The rep may give you instructions for sending the knife in, or the rep may offer to do it themselves. In one instance, our rep offered to handle the shipping. The expected turn-around time was 3 weeks. After three weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted customer service. I was able to immediately speak to an actual person without navigating 100 layers of confusing auto-prompted department filters and then waiting on hold for an hour as I have had to do at many other places. The agent quickly identified our situation and offered a solution. Long story short, I had to make three total calls and each time was able to quickly speak to an agent, with the longest hold time being about 2 minutes. I think I missed some callbacks from them during his time and wish they had left a voicemail. But overall, I was extremely impressed with their speed and competency. I wish all customer service was as good as Cutco.

      Questionable hiring practices. They try to get referrals out of you before you even get n the call!! Also, it doesn't take much research through ****** and **** to find out they are just another MLM scheme scam.

      If I could, I would give this 0 stars. It’s all a scam that preys on broke and desperate teenagers/young adults. DONT FALL FOR IT

      Beware of their job "offers" because they are a scam. You are expected to have family, friends, parents of friends', church minister, family doctor, and so on and so on. If you're family is poor, and if they find out---they will ask you "not to return" and state that you are "not a good fit." You are expected to work and solicit prospects on your first day of training--but they will not pay you for it. Vector Marketing only cares about Vector Marketing. Employees are a dime a dozen. They expect you to work for free. I was asked not to return because I said my mother likes their product, but won't spend $2000 on a knife set. I was told that I was "not a good fit." Trainings are 8 hours and they don't even give you a lunch break. Their idea of providing snacks during training is pathetic. For such a progressive, and wealthy company they do not pass that on to you. They offered water, ritz crackes, 25 cent chip bags, and tiny bags of gummy bears. Oh, and they throw in snack bars. This place operates like a pyramid scheme. Read all of their reviews before applying with them
