      I used Fiducial to file the tax return for my dad who passed away last year and my step mom who is in memory care. I only used them because my dad had previously used them. The necessary documentation was sent to them no later than the end of February and followed up to get the status on March 23rd to get the status. The response was that it was under review at that time. Thennothing. Called on April 15th. I received a call at 6:15 pm to let me know they had my returns emailed to me. GREAT! Ill sign electronically right away to get them filed. Oh well, they dont have the capability. But, if YOU have the right Adobe program you could do that on your end. Really? OK, so now we are downloading, printing, signing and emailing back. Ridiculous. Clearly someone dropped the ball causing us to scramble. Our return was filed on late evening of 4/15 but our checks were postmarked 4/16. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Go elsewhere. I clearly wont be using them next year.
