      I went to the storage to to find rats had destroyed my property.In addition I wanted to discuss what insurance policy I had I was advised by regional manager ************************* that I had a policy on file and I just wanted to discuss the particulars when approaching the faculty on May 7 I was assaulted by property manager ******* and her Son. I came to the faculty just to discuss issues and to retrieve an item and because of me being afraid of the rats inside I felt that it was a need for me to discuss my entry into the storage the insurance that I have obtain with them I knew nothing about while asking questions a young man in the storage reached to pull something out to assault me and I contacted the property manager Mr. ************************* which took almost 3 weeks to contact me about the assault in the meantime I was not able to retrieve item for two weeks. Manager ************************* later gave me an access to get some of the things out of there. I filed an insurance claim on April 27 it was asked of me to go inside to take pictures. I really wasnt able to get all the pictures that I need. however the storage manager advised me April 30 he would close my account he would refund me a months payment and he would also refund me back any late fees. I reported originally February a week ago I discovered that there were water damage to my property as well I reported this to the insurance company 5/18/24 insurance company ask me to go to storage and get evidence at first I thought it was rat f**** there is rat f**** in my storage but theres also multiple water damages insurance company advised me that they are a out-of-town company and to get evidence of water leak. ***************** agreed to trash out any remaining items free of charge an promised to make a refundable payment. **** promise provide a trash bin on Saturday 5/25 now because I contacted call center to address collection calls and threatened legal action he is not accommodating me will charge me for storage
