    Props2Fantasy.com, Inc (aka "Thrive Fantasy") has been withholding payouts/withdrawals from most users for months. If you go on their social media accounts, all posts have replies of users complaining about the same issue. They will not respond to any emails or ******* messages. My username on the website is ek_sports.I have a total of 12 open withdrawal requests, totaling $4698.03 in open payouts that have not gone through for months, despite it saying 3-5 business days to process.

    11/03/2023 deposit $250 11/04/2023 withdraw $2127 still pending as of 11/26/2023 . A lot of people still have not received their withdrawal on discord and on their ******* you can see people are not being paid the money theyre owed. Ive sent multiple emails and they have only replied twice for verification which I sent same day they asked

    On September 29, 2023 4:51pm I withdrew $5,105 of winnings on ThriveFantasy. On my account it had said that this transaction had been completed but I never received my e check, which I have withdrawn before with no issues. I have sent them various emails within the last two months with zero response. I also reached out on social media which they did respond asking for my username and never replied to me again. I then tried to add $25 and withdraw that as well and did process either. I also reached out to interchecks where they process your winning into an e check and they said that Thrive never processed my money. I would like to resolve this issue and receive my $5,135 that I am owed.

    I had recently opened an account 10/2/23 with Thrive Fantasy (Props2Fantasy.com, Inc) using my phone. On there site there is an option to login with Apple Id. I used that route to logon, it asked for my information (name etc, username) I then went to the deposit page and made a deposit using my credit card of ******. I then had a 750 start amount which i assumed for a deposit bonus. I went and placed multiple ****** on there platform that evening. I won a few fantasy events and lost a few. I had balance of *******. I attempted to cashout to see if I woudl be paid. When in the cashier site it said I needed to play 2x my deposit and bonus amount (****). The next day 10/3 I wagered another 750 in order to meet that requirement. Result was i lost those 2 events that evening and my balance was then ****. I then requested that payout of ****.00. I did not hear anything for a day and then proceeding to send an email to ************************ I was told that I had an account already from 2021 and based on that my accounts were being closed and all deposits and winning were forfeited per there terms and conditions. At no time did intend on opening multiple accounts to play on. I have sent multiple emails requesting my payout along with a signed demand letter yesterday to authorize my payout which consist of my initial deposit of ****** and remaining winnings. I have also sent a message on Linked in to ********************* who is the registered Ceo of this company.

    I have been a user of Thrive for a year and up until a month ago had no issues with communication or withdrawals. However in the past month they have stopped responding to my emails or social media messages, and have withheld a large sum of money from me for over a month, with no semblance of communication l. I have been paid out by other fantasy apps in a matter of 1-3 days. Historically itd take a week or so for Thrive, which I was more than happy to wait with their excellent communication. However as of now, it appears they are officially ghosting me and refusing to pay out the money I have won. Its getting very frustrating and difficult to deal with. Id like this matter resolved ASAP, or at least get some sort of response from them on their plan to process the withdrawals.
