      My former company transitioned to ****. Had an old account with voya and apparently merge my accounts which I did not think would be an issue. Now I cant access my account because a verification link was being sent to an old phone number I jabe no access to. I was told I needed to request for a pin that was mailed to me and received it after 5days. I tried using the pin to gain access to my account but still sends me verification link to the phone number I have no access to. I have been following up with customer service that have no idea how to help and would just tell me someone will reach out for updates. Week after week passes and I still do not have access to my account, still no updates and would just get same answers from the customer service representatives. I am not confident with how the company manages their system.

      I am very much concerned with this companys relationship with ********* being its partner and having all of its 401(k) products invested in ********* funds.. Its very strange to me that Im paying 1% of my portfolio for professional management. But my coworker, who is not under professionally managed plan has the same selections and doesnt pay the 1%. I will definitely be looking into this further

      Trying to fill out ************* indemnity claim and in order to enter date of birth, only a calendar pops us. It starts Jan 2025 and in order to go back to my birthdate, I would have to scroll back on the calendar, each month by year. It would take me the rest of my life to finally get to my birth day and year. There is no drop down screen or keyboard available to enter your birthdate manually. Whoever designed this form should be fired!

      They have awful customer service and will not reply to emails. They take weeks upon weeks "reviewing" your request and even for a small amount. They do not care and the longer they can keep your money the better. You will never talk to a person who can help you only people who give you a run around. It's ridiculous.

      Company is withholding money, sending release information to the wrong location even after continuously educating the client on my correct address and having already sent me account information to current address. I have asked the call to escalated but ******* from customer service seems to be pretending like there are no supervisors available.

      I have been going backwards and forwards with this company for a month exactly from November to December 2024. It has been extremely difficult and frustrating trying to get my money. I’m beyond frustrated.

      Slowest company to process claims. Says 10 days to process they LIE! Was told they added additional 5 days. Due to high volume of claims. Not my problem hire more people.

      My wife had reverse shoulder surgery. Voya paid 60% of her wage.But it was all taxed. She HAD to go back to work before she was totally ready to, so we didnt end up losing our house. VOYA is a JOKE!!!!! Had to call every week just to get paid. ***********. Just like *****

      Please avoid this company at all costs! There is nothing positive about my experience using this company for my 401k. From the start, they lost part of my **** funds and continued to give me the run around to avoid paying back their mistake. They were eventually forced to retrieve my funds after I put them on the spot, connecting them with my previous 401k provider, who confirmed they released the funds AND confirmed the transaction. In addition, now that I am trying to roll over my funds, they are finding ways to make this process as unbearable as possible. Please, do not trust this company to manage any of your funds!
