    Do not do business with this company, Their only goal is to squeeze more money from you and continually add additional work, thereby extending job time and costs. Staff continually add work in areas that are already deemed complete. Delay inspections for trivial concerns, They will always claim there providing a discounted rate, but their rates are inflated shop around. Staff will attempt to increase visits claiming job will then be expedited, don't fall for this only increases your monthly costs. Will tell you to install sidewalk bridge when not required. Will site any DOB violations and refuse to sign off on project, for example AC brackets on first floor. fail to provide progress reports, will charge extra for any meetings.
