Complaint Against: MongoDB Date of Unauthorized *********************************** $1,431.74 01-Jan-2025: $2,147.68 01-Feb-2025: $2,113.48 Total Refund Requested: $5,692.90 Nature of the Dispute:MongoDB charged my Amex credit card three times without authorization, despite my accounts payment method being set to ****** since November 2, 2024.I only used **** once as a temporary payment, but was never notified it would become my default. My account continued to display ****** as the active method, leading me to believe all charges would be processed through ******. However, MongoDB charged my Amex three more times without notice. This is a clear case of misleading billing practices, as I was never informed that Amex would be saved and used for recurring payments.Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I contacted MongoDB support but received no response. My Amex card was never listed as an active payment method in my account.Desired Resolution:I request:1.A full refund of $5,692.90.2.An investigation into why my Amex was charged without being linked.3.Billing system improvements to ensure customers are properly notified when a payment method is set as default.MongoDBs lack of response and misleading billing system have forced me to escalate this issue. I seek urgent resolution and a full refund.

MongoDB resumed the service themselves without getting my consent after I stopped their services before March 10th, and they tried to arbitrarily charge me everyday for service that I did not use even when my account is suspended, which composes a fraud. Worthless, they illegally stole my personal banking information which I never provided to them and charged for suspicious transactions. In this case, I request them to apologize, cancel illegal bills, and delete my account from their system!
