I contacted G7 Computers via email on 3 Oct 2022 with the following request: "My DTR controller unit, ******** Part # ****************, is faulty. Can you repair this unit?" I had tried to reach them by phone, but they didn't answer nor did they return my call. G7 Computers responded on 4 Oct 2022 with the following reply: "Yes, we can do that for you. $275 Thanks" I paid G7 Computers the $275 they requested via ****** the same day. They confirmed receipt of the payment and issued me the order # ****** for this repair. I removed the DTR controller unit and sent it via **** next day service to G7 Computers along with an explanation of the unit's fault codes on 5 Oct 2022. These codes were provided by a ******** dealership and further verified by my scanner. I followed up with the following once I had mailed the unit: "DTR controller unit shipped this morning via **** next day delivery service. Tracking # *************. If there are any problems please let me know. Many thanks in advance." The unit was received by G7 the following morning. I had no interaction with G7 Computers whatsoever (despite them having all my contact info) until 10 Oct 2022, when I was notified that the unit was being shipped back to me via *** ******************. The *** package was delivered on 13 October 2022. I opened the package on 14 Nov 2022 and observed a bubble wrapped item with static electricity warning stickers attached. No paperwork of any kind accompanied the unit. After grounding myself, my tools and my work area, I removed the controller unit from the bubble wrap and inspected it. Frankly, I saw no signs indicating that the case had ever been opened and any kind of repair had been done. I cleared all of the car's DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), installed the unit, and started up the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed to find the same DTCs reappear. The unit had not been repaired. I called GT and emailed them as well. No response!

On 6-28-2022 I contacted G7 Computers of Canandaigua, NY regarding an EGM for a 2003 ***** ***** 5.7 engine in my ********* ******* 243, citing that it has a constant audible alarm and no codes and that my mechanic inserted a "good" ECM and determined my ECM was bad. G7 Computers said they could help, telling me to ship it to them and pay them 275.00. I followed their directions and they emailed me a day after they received it and said that there was a soft ware problem and had to do nothing physically to my EGM and they were shipping it back to me. I got the EGM back and installed it and started my engine and have the same issue as before, I sent them an email and got no response. I would like a refund for services not rendered. I can forward you emails.
