      We regret hiring Mike L*** from Honey Do List for our home renovation. The experience was a nightmare due to dishonesty, unapproved costs, and unpermitted work. He often ignored our communication, missed deadlines, and demanded large payments at inappropriate times. Many promises were unfulfilled, and we were left with code violations that could lead to legal issues.This review reflects our experience, similar to others we've seen. Mike L*** took advantage of us and showed a lack of professionalism. Save yourself the stress and find a more trustworthy contractor. We cannot recommend him and ultimately had to fire him.
