    On April 27th, 2023 John's Firewood and tree service was hired by my neighbor to remove problematic trees from the property line. In doing their job they've damaged my vehicle that has been parked for the last 4 months, it has not moved, it can't be moved. I discovered the damage about 10 days after they left. I've had no reason to go to that car because it doesn't run. I've been waiting on parts for it. They damage the area just above my front passenger tire. They refuse to respond to my calls. A police report has been made of the incident.

    Please be advised I represent John Beretz and John's Firewood and Tree Service. My client is aware of a complaint filed by ***** ****** alleging damage to her vehicle. My client strongly denies the allegations made by ***** ******. My client was hired by a neighbor of ***** ****** for some tree service.  My client did not cut any trees or branches anywhere close to **** ******'s vehicle.  This work was completed over 2 weeks prior to my client being contacted by ***** ******. My client did park his woodchipper near ***** ******'s vehicle as he had permission from the landowner to park it there. The woodchipper was not parked that close to the vehicle and it never hit the vehicle or caused any damage. John's Firewood and Tree Service is fully insured and if they caused any damage, they would absolutely report it and file a claim.  In the present situation, there is nothing to report as my client did not cause any damage to ***** ******'s vehicle.
