      ********** ad on site. They have an ad saying try for free. In the ad it has 2 codes. 1 says 200 B&W copies BLACK1 . The other says 50 color copies COLOR1 new customers. This ad appears to give you 200 Black and White and/or 50 Color. Totally misleading, it give you $6.40 off your order. Called customer service in case I put my order in wrong, no. The customer service person is aware of the ad, aware how misleading it is and affirmed it only gives a discount of $6.40. I don't like companies that do business this way. It's not about getting something for free, each customer is only allowed to use the coupon on the first order. It's the fact that they know it's misleading. They know the customer is unaware till checking out. They know most people will just pay it because of all the work putting the order in and together. It's misleading and a crocked way of doing business.

      I really like how you can print a single copy of a large document with Best Value Copy. Not many sites offer that option. Had some print issues when I received my order in the mail. I contacted Best Value Copy customer service, and they professionally and promptly fixed the issue, and printed me another copy of my document. I appreciated the customer service.

      On top of the terrible overall print quality, about half of my order had a defect in the same area in different print files. They printed and shipped the order very fast, but the end result is awful and not something Id sell to my customers.
