  Received my lite mirror yesterday for my daughter's home dance area. The delivery service did not schedule a delivery date, so I could not follow the delivery instructions. The mirror arrived while I was on vacation. Luckily we live in a suburb and arrived home the day it was delivered so were able to bring it in out of the elements quickly. The packaging was not damaged, another plus. There are two slight defects with the mirror. One is a smudge on the back side of the film that is mostly not noticeable as it is low on the mirror and the other is some waving in one area that causes distortion of the image. I do not believe these imperfections occurred during shipping as the packaging was pristine. It was well protected. The mirror is light and it was easy to install the rolling feet. I had cork put on the back as the room it is in doubles as an art space for my daughter. Overall, the imperfections will not prevent the use of the mirror for its intended purpose which is for her to be able to see her alignment on pointe. Another thing to note is that we did order the largest mirror which probably makes it more difficult to get the film stretched just so. It was definitely less expensive than installing glass wall mirrors and is much more portable so I guess that is the trade off. ( I am able to have easily accessible wall storage behind the mirror.)

  Not at all suitable for outdoor horse arena use, even tho the company claims they are. Poor business practices by this company. They charge your credit card immediately, but then do not ship the mirrors for 4-6 weeks after so you cannot dispute the credit card claim once they arrive. They remove posts on their ******** page and block you if you say anything remotely hinting that the mirrors are not suitable for outdoor horse arena use. Mine are, fortunately, in my private indoor riding arena, and not subjected to any birds or wind or sun. (These mirrors are made of a delicate film stretched over a frame.) Still, I am looking at another option for doing the long side of my arena as these are way overpriced (found some on another web page for less than 1/2 of what this company charges) for what they are and I do not like the companies attitude towards it's customers.

  Purchased these mirrors couple yrs ago. They scratch easily, birds love them and tear them and when thr wind blows you cannot see anything. I use them in a covered horse arena. I contacted customer service not long after having them. "*****" said she'd send me a fix kit but she never bothered . She told me to send her photos and I did. My husband is put these mirrors up and followed the directions to a "t". They still warp, hard to clean and covering them scratches them up more. The material is way too sensitive for outdoor use! Pure junk and waste of 2200 dollars for two crappy mirrors.
