On May 24, 2022 **** from GNC Construction came to my house to give me an estimate to replace rotting deck boards, power wash, strip and paint my back deck and railings, re-set 5 sunken areas of the brick paver pool patio, surface clean & re-sand pool paver ************* wash the house. On May 30, 2022 we received and agreed to the estimate of $5,500. The work began on June 11, 2022 and was completed and paid for in cash (per ****'s request) on June 14, 2022. We were instructed not to go on the deck for 2 days to let the paint cure. On June 15, 2022 we noticed that some of the pool border bricks were loose. I called and then texted **** to let him know about the bricks and also 2 of the deck boards that were rotten were not replaced. He texted us back and said he will take care of it. On June 23, 2022 I called **** to tell him the paint was peeling in several places as well as texted 9 pictures of the peeling paint. He assured me that he would repair everything that needed to be done. I have texted him 10 times from June 23, 2022 to September 26, 2022 to get him to do the repairs.
