    I purchased online two covers for throw pillows from ******** The items came from Cozy Array according to all the information on the website and the sending label. The covers were not the color of green that I thought they were, and I initiated a return. The information said that I could return them via mail or to any ******* store. Since I live about two miles from a store, I attempted to return it to the store. The store personnel tried to facilitate a return and were unable to do so. I was told the item had to be mailed. They could do it with a mailing label. There was no mailing label, so I looked at the mailing label on the original package sent to me. The address on the label said from: COZY ARRAY, *******************************************************************. There was also a small area of the label that said "mailed from **************. I used that address and took the package to the mailbox and was prepared to pay for the cost of mailing it back myself. The postal person said they were getting a hillburn address and couldn't mail the package with the label that I had. I came back and did a search for Cozy Array, and I did get a Hillburn address. I was going to re-do the label and go back to the post office because the item had to be posted today when I decided to read information on the Cozy Array website. Unless I misread the information, it seemed to me that it was saying that even if I paid for the shipping myself, they would still deduct shipping charges from the refund. The pillows were about $13.00. Shipping cost was $5.90, so my refund would be practically non-existent. I elected to keep the pillows and give or donate them to someone else. I think that this is shoddy business, and I am very unhappy with this company and ******** ***************************
