    Similar to the other review, our care agency has been experiencing the same type of undeniable poor service. There is no one to get in contact with over at Sandata. They claim to have a support team but there must not be any staff in that department being that there is no feedback given on any of our several ticket claims. No numbers work, no emails, no virtual assistant-- there is absolutely not a single soul you can get in contact with over at Sandata. It is ridiculous! We have escalated 3 of our 5 tickets to their Tier 3 category and it has been well over 5 months since that initial ticket was submitted. Unfortunately, there is no other option for our agency to bill through and we still have not gotten this issue resolved with any one over at their headquarters. I would love for our tickets to be resolved but I strongly believe Sandata doesn't have the capabilities or staff to do so. I would not recommend!

    **************** could be better, mobile application could be better, everything could be better at Sandata... I have to use this system as a speech therapy provider and I have had numerous issues from the start. They used to have a support phone number you could call but now that number hangs up on you. I tried their chat now support option and got no response. I emailed the customer support number with an urgent matter (I asked them to call me about it) and I'm still waiting for a response. It is clear that no one at Sandata cares.
