    In January, I arranged with DRP Solutions to provide me with a replacement photocopier/scanner. My previous lease had expired. The salesman, *****************************, said he would provide me with a slightly used machine for $99 a month. Because of a problem when the last copier was delivered, when the delivery men damaged the floor, I asked him to be sure that the workmen be very careful. Instead, when the machine was delivered, instead of using the mechanical lift to take it upstairs, they carried it, and damaged the wall and the floor. No one from the company has made any effort to get the damage repaired. Also, after the machine was hooked up, I realized that the machine, when left on, make a loud beeping sound. The repairman sent to look at it did not even bother to open up the machine, but simply told me that that was how the machine functioned, and, if I had a problem with it, I should contact the salesman. I have spoken with the salesman, and asked him have the head repairman come and look at the machine. I did receive an e mail from someone named ***************************, who asked me when I was available to talk, and I responded to him, but he never called. So I have a damaged wall and floor and a machine that does not work correctly. Also, I never a manual for the machine, so I don't know how to do anything but the most basic things with it.I want this resolved. I want the damage repaired and the machine adjusted so that it does not beep so loudly (which is loud enough to make me jump out of my seat). I feel the company is not taking my problems seriously. The movers told me what I could do to fix the problem, but I don't think that I should have to put this much effort into getting a problem DRP Solutions created resolved.
