    I ordered a complete plow package for a side x side which I never received in full. We got hit with a terrible lake effect snow storm on the day after Thanksgiving dumping 5 feet of snow on our area in about 72 hours. I needed a plow immediately as my snow blower wasn't keeping up. I trusted americanoffroads.com to be a trust-worthy business of good repute to deliver the goods in need in a respectable time frame. They failed on so many fronts. I placed my order on 12/1/2024. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS! Not 1 product delivered. I contactec this "company". They took over 24 hours to respond. In the meantime, I found the necessary parts at a local dealer as we continued to get pounded with snow. I applied for a $375 credit with my credit card company soni could purchase the parts and had them that same day. Now they are lying to my credit card company. Telling them I received all the parts when I am still out the plow mount and plow markers that were never shipped. These people are complete frauds and shouldn't even exist. These parts are available directly online from the manu. Or your local dealer. The push tubes that arrived 5 WEEKS after I placed the order are sitting here awaiting pickup for return and this company won't respond to my emails. I only applied for a $375 credit out of a total $883.29 despite the parts costing me $400 at my local dealer and they are still arguing with me? I think this says it all. I only want refunded for the parts they could not get to me(and still can't) because I am still missing the plow mount and plow markers. I sourced the parts locally and had myself a complete plow weeks ago. If I waited on these "people", I would still be without a plow. So sad. G

    This customer has all of his products and has lost 2 appeals already from the credit card companies investigations because we did everything correctly but ***** had a delay of 5 days that caused the customer not to wait. He even states in his complaint that he lost his appeals from the credit card company.We shipped everything the next day but ***** had a delay that took them time to track and trace the last package. The day prior the customer filed a claim with his credit card company stating we did not ship everything the same day ***** was delivering it.Attached are the details of the ***** deliveries with images and details we used to show the credit card companies what happened and we delivered his products to win both appeals.Jacob B******Founder, CEO

    Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This response is the farthest thing from the truth. I still have not received the plow mount or the plow markers from the original transaction. In other words, only 3 out 5 items were received.  I received the first items from this package well over 2 weeks from the order date and the 3rd item arrived over 5 weeks later. This goes to show how little this "company" knows about their customers situations. They refuse to process the return for the item that was recieved 5 weeks late sticking me with a product that I no longer need. I have only appealed once to my credit card company after they lied to them about receiving all items which was won for non-received items. So I am not quite sure where they are getting their information from but I can only guess. I have literally done thousands of transactions online and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. This "company" should be allowed to exist.  Regards, **** ******
