    I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated by this company. I have a fence that will not last 5 years. The quality of the material used is scratch and dent pile material. The yard has been such a challenge to fix since they were here. I have lumps and very uneven n ground on what was supposed to be leveled when the new sod was put in. After my previous complaint after 7 months I received this email from ***** **** Trimmers:Hello good afternoon ***** , I am going through some jobs and i found out from the bad review that you left that you have some issues with the fence , I went by your house to check it out and I see the issues & the cuts from the boards weren't done properly and the sun and water made it worse , we can fix that and make everything right . The problem from the door was fixed but not the borders and we will fix it . For us it's important that you are satisfied but also communication is key . I would have liked it if you came to me with the issue first but we will fix it . This won't be of extra charge to you of course , all I ask is that once the job is done you take the review done please . Please let me know if you agree with this agreement and we can set a date to go fix that . The grass looks great by the way I can see you've done a great job in watering it ??????I responded saying I was open to discussing my issues and I haven't heard from him since and if has been another month. Very very very poor customer ********************** with little to no communication. I don't understand why they would reach out and then drop the ball again. I don't trust them at all and at this point I feel I just want the money back so I can start over with a reputable company. I accept some responsibility but I shouldn't be the one out all the money on less than decent workmanship. If they were over their head they should have said something.
