    on 18 December 2024, I placed an order with DOF Reality, for a PC motion simulator for flight simulator. Their website shipping policy says that they will ship orders within 5-10 days after the order has placed. It has now been 27 days since I placed my order and it has not shipped. I've tried calling the company multiple times and have left messages but they have not returned my call. I contacted the company on their website chat and was in contact with a representative named Niko regarding the status of my order. Niko stated that my order is still in the production phase. I then requested that my order be canceled and a refund issued. However, Niko ignored my request. My emails and phone calls and attempts to request a refund have been ignored by DOF Reality.. I would like my $4,377.00 USD to be refunded ASAP.

    This company is a fraud. I have spent thousands through this company and my sim rig stopped working right after warranty they will not replace it. I bought an upgrade for the motors and since then the sim will not move. They keep giving me the same instructions that have not worked time and time again. No one answers the phone and when they do they just say the same thing. I have spent 2 months begging for help with this product, horrible customer service I recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing to stay FAR away from this company if something fails in the product or the product they send doesn't work, they will NOT help you youre on your own. I will never purchase from them again. And I'm thinking of suing for damages and faulty product.

    Dear ****As mentioned yesterday over the support ticket, we are waiting the results of mentioned tests.Without it unfortunatly we cant proceed:Could you perform the Cytron test? :0) plug all motors as they should be 1) disconnect AC power and USB from the box 2) and open the control box 3) and check if there are loose wires or connectors  especially between USB board and shield board 4) connect AC cable and power it on 5) check all silver power modules have green LEDs on inside them ?  and find the corresponding driver board and quickly click  this two small buttons on it marked red  (one at a time) the motor should rotate in one direction AND another     Best Regards, Alex, DOF RealityCustomers Support Specialist+1 ***** *** ****

    Better Business Bureau:I already have done all the steps that you have recommended and you keep recommending the same steps and not taking any further action. I want a refund. I haven't had any help I've done everything you asked. You keep telling me the same thing so you can string me along. This company is a fraud.     I have ordered 2 motors from this company and I realized I order the incorrect item I immediately got ahold of them and asked to cancel the order so I could get the correct item. I was told they would only send me a invoice with an additional 200 dollar shipping cost in total than if they canceled and allowed me to order the correct item. I have been on the phone since I made the order with was last night they seem rude and un willing to help. Insisting in only making me pay more seems very scammy. I just want a refund for my order I have spent almost 600 dollars on this item and they will not help me to resolve this issue. Saying that if I cancel I make the company lose 4.5 percent which is around twenty something dollars. I don't mind paying the twenty something dollars to just cancel the product it hasn't been shipped or processed yet I don't understand why it can't just be handled professionally and have my concerns as a customer listened to and fixed. Thank you.
