  Talked into purchasing a new RV at the Farm Show Complex RV Show. We had only considered a used private sale up until this point. I am elderly and my son an Army Vet. We weren’t allowed to pay cash for anything and taken advantage of in purchasing travel trailer. Tried to stop purchase 40 hours later and were told we couldn’t. They spoke to us in a nasty manner . We were told, “We are going to get our money even if you try to stop it because it is an electronic transfer.” Meyer’s RV is not a good business to work with. Three weeks later and we can’t find that loan anywhere, have not picked up the travel trailer, working with the Attorney General’s office, and now the BBB. We can’t wait for this all to be over.

  I purchased a camper from Meyers in Mt Morris Pa at the end of September 2023. Only got to use it once before it had a leak. The service dept. sealed it and said it was fixed, they also got up on top of a non-walkable roof and we heard a loud crack sound. We had to take it back not long after due to it still leaking. That was the end of June 2024. They then left it sitting in their lot with a leaking roof in the rain causing more water damage inside. When I contacted the manufacturer warranty company over a month later they had just turned it in. They stated it was again repaired and ready for pick up at the end of September/beginning October 2024. When we did the walk through there was even more water damage due to it still leaking and the work quality was very poor and unprofessional inside and out. The caulking they used inside looked like a child did it and was still wet. They even sealed the outside seams without washing the area leaving the dirt visible and sealed there forever. Sales did offer to take it in as a trade leaving us with almost $8000 left owed and moved to the new camper loan not counting the near $5000 already paid on the camper, plus they wanted $2000 down. Did not take the offer due to not wanting to take almost a $13000 loss for what was not my fault or responsibility. Contacted the manufacturer letting them aware of all situations and they stated that was bad business and should have offered better. Please do not take just my word. Look Meyers RV Mt morris PA up on the better Business bureau site to see the reviews through them. Did not know they scored that low. I did take pictures each and every time of damage and issues. I just sent my pictures to the manufacturer warranty department to make sure they had all visible proof to make sure the service department is held accountable.Waiting to see what happens next.

  Very disappointing experience!!! We recently purchased a brand new RV from Meyers and had our 2020 RV accepted as a trade. We signed all the paperwork, only to receive a call 2 days later stating that they made an error and we owed $30,000. more dollars than the amount on our contract!!!

  Sorry to have to add another bad experience with service at Meyers RV. Bought a new 2022 ******** ******** from the Branchville site and within 6 months, 5 major issues ( mostly factory construction defects) were found. One other commenter stated that they couldn't get service on a unit they bought elsewhere, but Meyers Brancville also refused to service my unit they sold! They could only suggest I take it another Meyers branch. Well, after numerous calls to the factory and the Meyers Harrisburg site, which has a very large service facility, that's what I did. That's a 3 1/2 hr trip for us, but they had good reviews, so I had some confidence they would fix everything. WRONG! Despite my giving them detailed info and pics of all these issues, they actually, and un believeably, didn't fix anything and then put completely false statements on the service report describing all their "fixes" in detail. I could not believe that this was happening, and I assumed their "repair" descriptions were primarily designed to get maximum payment from the factory under the warranty. No one else would believe this either unless you read this documentation and saw the before & after pics I took. The Meyers Harrisburg service rep begged me to bring the trailer back in and assured me they would rectify everything but, given the long trip and horrible 1st experience, I opted to take the trailer to ******* ***** in Lakewood NJ where they properly acknowledged my complaints, verified that Meyer's Harrisburg made no repairs despite falsely stating thay did, and properly repaired everything. ? Kudos to service rep **** at ******* ***** and their team for not only fixing everything but working around our camping schedule!   Does not honor RV Mfg warranties of the RV was not purchased from them, so if you move from outf of state you can't get service from them. I was told "we only service our customers." Pretty short sighted because thea.ifsctirers warranty oy lasts a year & if they took care of all customers they'd get more.

  Warning. Read and understand your sales contract. They electronically signed my name twice. Contract is set up to screw you. Fair price but they require you to finance with them, illegal! Do not sign their ailment agreement. I walked away.

  My husband and I truly need to get this message to anyone that is considering purchasing a RV at meyers to please DON’T,as we purchased ours travel trailer there and we needed it serviced due to a warranty issue, we dropped it off at the Bath location, time went by from hearing from them, so we would call only to hear that oh the parts haven’t arrived yet but when they do we’ll call you, then 2 months went by when the service manager called and told us we needed to come as someone broke into our RV, when we went we found our RV to be in non usable condition as squatters had lived into it and destroyed everything of ours inside, blood was on the sofa and apparent drug use was done inside along with smoking (which we do not smoke) meyers would not stand behind nothing, we had to make an insurance claim to which it was considered a total loss with us having a 500.00 dollar deductible to which meyers wouldn’t even consider paying, this was such emotional time, so please do not consider purchasing from meyers, would not want this to happen anyone else!!

  Communication with the service department is terrible. They do not follow through on anything. My spare tire carrier was damaged while in for NYS inspection. They claim to have ordered one but that was April. Where is it. Can’t get answers about my axle repair needs either.
