    FANTASTIC INTERNET & SERVICE! we had to find a new wireless/internet provider after the Broadwaves tower servicing our area was disassembled. We called ******** but the wait time was over a month. Then we called Fetch Wireless. They had us up & running in 48 hours! unbeknownist to me, my husband had already ordered ******** so when it arrived, we compared the two systems and Fetch was the same speed as ********! And the customer service people at Fetch are super friendly and Texas based. Cant speak highly enough about this company.

    I don’t recommend this company or there internet service provider it is a ripoff I haven’t had good service through them and they refuse to cancel my service and return my money I am out of the 14 days trail period and my internet doesn’t work I have contacted them and they try everything but it still doesn’t work so I requested it be canceled and my money refunded for the the service I have not received

    Ive had this service for under 30days. The cost to start this service was over $200. Now not even 2 weeks after the start of this service with 300mb I was reduced to less than 100mb now with that being said I have not been able to enjoy my service for the last couple of weeks due to slow internet service none of this was explained to me. I have gotten a bill for $129 for a full month of service which I have not had. I can only advise that this service is a total ripoff. The trail base is 14 days but after those 14 days all 300mp will be consumed therefore you are not able to get your money back so I have spent $400 in less than a month for service that I did not get.

    We addressed this concern on the date of the review by switching this customer to an underutilized network that provides more data at no extra charge. At the time of this response, the customer is using the new equipment and it appears that their concern is resolved.
