    I received a gift card from their institution. It got hacked shortly after I registered it online. I notified them via phone after I was unable to make a purchase online due to insufficient funds. They required a receipt and proof that I was who I stated even though I had all the information and was able to log in with the correct pin codes, etc. The purchases were in places I was not anywhere near in other states well over ***** miles away at a restaurant and something I have no idea about. I provided them with proof of my name and address via voting registration card as well as a utility bill. The email I sent was clear with my name and address and utility emblem as they stated. I provided everything else they requested as well as the dispute form with signature. They keep giving me the run around stating that they are unable to clearly see my name and address as well as the company emblem. However, viewing it in the email it is very clear. I don't know if they are trying to print it out with a bad printer driver setting, but not my problem. They don't want to pay the claim and I will definitely tell friends, family, and social media to avoid gift cards from that company again. I've had prepaid credit cards from other companies and they were compromised before I purchased them, but I did not have this runaround with all the red tape and excuses with "you need one more thing" to draw this out. Very poor customer service and should not be in this business.
