      I wish I could give this company zero stars. On July 20, 2022, I paid $179.94 ($149.95 for calls to **** neighbors and $29.99 for posters to 25 businesses). On July 25, 2022, I sent this message to someone by the name of ***************************: "I want a refund. The homepage promises a 100% refund if I'm not satisfied. The customer service is poor. I can't even get someone to correct errors on my pet's profile. I've had to send three messages to the person managing the live chat before I was finally told that the problem would be fixed and the problem still isn't fixed. I've also tried calling *************** several times only to be told that the phone system is offline."
