These guys helped me with my failed ******* SSD. Apparently, it stopped performing well due to wear and tear, and without a backup, I was hopeless. My friend told me only good stuff about the **** team and advised me to call them, so I decided to take my chance. I ensured their experience and knowledge via a phone call and did not hesitate to send my SSD to them. After six days, I got all my data back. Amazing service, fast turnaround time, and great people!

2 weeks ago my seagate external hard drive was not recognized by my hp laptop. I tried with different laptops but still not recognized. Hard drive made clicking noises.I did a ****** search and found Pits Global Data. Called and explained the issue, they sent me a prepaid shipping label, and I shipped my device.On the 22nd of December, I got a quote and they gave me a Christmas discount :) Finally I received all my files on a brand new external hard drive. I dropped my external hard drive of 2TB, and it was not recognized by my computer anymore. After getting in touch with their customer service team, I was sure that I wanted to get recovery services from these guys. So I sent my drive to their lab from *************, **. I found this company online for after searching for corrupted usb. In good faith I spent $49 for diagnostics with the money back guarantee. They could not recover my data and refused to refund my money. (Their website has a money back guarantee ??)PITS Global Data Recovery Services

This symbolic charge covers only our two way shipping costs and our of technicians' time spent on the evaluation process is not charged to customers.We have investigated your case and see that there was delay in evaluation process.
