    My package was shipped to be delivered today. ****************** all of a sudden message sent failed to deliver and they lying i need my package and they not cooperating I need a manager to call me ASAP

    Hello BBB, On August 4, 2022, I when to a *** store to send a package back for a refund, I prepared the package at home with all care possible, the package contained perfumes which I take special care in the wrap. I also specify with the clerk that the package contain perfumes. I paid special delivery for the to ship the package next day. On August 7, 2022 I decide to call *** because the package was supposed to be deliver on the 5th and the merchant didn't received for the day *** promise me they will delivered the package, the response they told me on the call that they didn't know what happened with the package and that I have to wait for them to they determine what happened with my package. On the 15th I received a letter from them letting me know that the package was found empty and that they discarded the box. The amount inside the box was $766.45, PLUS tax and the shipping that I paid $15.77. is unacceptable that I have to lost that amount for negligence on ***. I want my money back., Please I need some help because they told that they are not responsible for anything and that I lost my money. Thank you, I hope that somebody can help me with this situation.Best Regards,***************************.

    *** Tried delivering a package for me on Thursday morning 6/23/2022 when I was at the doctor's ****** and they left a note saying it would be left at a *** Access Point I called *** and asked if they could redeliver the package to my home because I'm a disabled veteran with little to no means of reaching an Access point. I was assured it would be delivered that night and that *** would call me, well neither happened and I call again that evening and was then told it would be delivered the next day.They finally delivered it somewhere else and said it was I who signed for it. This has become very common with *** when it comes to delivering my packages even when my name is clearly on the package.I asked a neighbor to check the next building at the same *************op as mine and guess what the package was there. The *** driver never asked for an ID to verify the identity or bothered asking the name of the individual he was giving the package to.Now I know this should go under a bad experience but, when you tell the Carrier that you're a Disabled Veteran without the means of chasing down wrongly delivered packages from incompetent delivery drivers and then to also be given the run around by several *** Support personnel with different information and assured call backs from ***, that I'm wondering if *** is breaking the American Disability Act with such indifference to disabled people, clearly something should be said to them in the harshest terms to stop this disgraceful act.
