    Called cuny central several times and ********* department regarding the technical issues regarding my Enrollment application which I submitted 04/2023 year due to technician issues saying there is no application on an error I was not able to attend school for two semesters which is why up until today 04/02/2024 Im yet not able to attend school or move forward with submitting an application for the fall 2024 semester. This issues has be reoccurring for way to long and I need help. I also called cuny central and the phone lines was staticy and also the caller who was a female at 4:08pm answer the phone had a terrible demeanor and said she is not able to find the application and I informed her I can show her through my email or photos as well have an intake specialist inform her I been going through this circumstance for a while and I do have an application on file. She said she can not help me and do not see anything and I asked her can I have further assistance and she hung up on me. I need to continuing studies and do deserve the help I need. This have been quite over sometime since k have been experiencing this and I would like Justice and to continually my studies.
