    The transation date feb. 7, 2020 purchase $164.00 M/o used to pay my ******* bill. In ************* said no payment received. I informed the ***** PLS immediately on 3/27/2020 paid $10 for a search. They saw '*******' erased and made it payable to thief '*************************' -- M/O cleared on 2/11/20. They gave me a copy of the money order, an affidavit form notarized, needed my statement and a police report. I complied right away returned to e***** they faxedthe docs said I should mail a copy. I mailed 2 copies upon their request; separately then 2nd copy was sent certified mail to PLS Money *********** ******************************************************************* # ************. Whenever I followed up at (***#) no one knew anything about my reimbursement; I kept getting transferred; getting the runaround. I went to east ***** PLS several times and enquired about my $164.00 *******, ****** and few other staff followed up and they said they will call me but I never received a call. I called ***# and no one cooperated. I returned several times to PlS E ***** still no information, a staff informed me there were few other customers with similar problem waiting over 4 years not reimbursed. I persisted and finally a few weeks ago a male supervisor sup at ***** called and found out my case is closed. Shocked, I complied, gave them copies of the M/O receipt, completed an affidavit notarized; copy of the stolen M/O that cleared, a police report and my written statement, followed up, waited and waited. PLS has not reimbursed me my stolen $164.00 to date. Their system showed it was tampered with posted copy by photo dpstd. The police said crime is called 'fishing' mail from the blue mail box, it's a known crime; post offices started removing the boxes. The Manhattan boxes have a roller with grips to stop this crime. I am a disabled retired widow senior citizen living on a fixed income. I would like to receive my $164.00 please. I thank you so very much. my scanner is broken i do have copies of all

    ON 03/12/2023, I PURCHASED A MONEY ORDER WORTH $600 AT THE PLS CHECK CASHERS STORE (ISSUE STORE # *** - BANCFIRST, SEQUENCE # **********) . I WAS GIVEN A RECEIPT WITH MONEY ORDER SALE #**********. ON 03/13/2023, I LOST THE MONEY ORDER AND RETURNED TO THE STORE THE NEXT DAY TO REQUEST A " STOP PAYMENT" ON THE CHECK. THE STORE REPRESENTATI VE I ENCOUNTED TOLD ME THAT PAYMENT CAN NOT BE STOPPED WITHOUT ME PROVIDING THE DETACHABLE MONEY ORDER SLIP. I COULDNT PROVIDE THAT, BECAUSE IT WAS ATTACHED TO THE MISSEN MONEY ORDER.I REACHED TO THE COPORATE OFFICE OF PLS CHECK CASHERS TO HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, BUT MY REQUEST WAS DECLINED WITH REASON BEING THAT I NEEDED TO PRODUCE THE DETACHABLE SLIP THAT CAME WITH THE MONEY( WHICH I HAVE LOST). I PROVIDED MY RECEIPT NUMBER SHOWING PROOF OF PURCHASE, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT WASN'T ENOUGH TO REQUEST A STOP PAYMENT.WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE TO REPORT THE LOST CHECK AND REQUEST FOR A "STOP PAYMENT", THE STORE MANAGER (DURING THAT SHIFT) TOLD ME THE STORE IS UNABLE TO ACCESS MY MONEY ORDER NUMBER ON THEIR SYSTEM WITHOUT THE DETACHABLE SLIP. ON MY SECOND ATTEMPT THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE CLERK I ENCOUNTERED LOOKED UP MY PURCHASE ON THE COMPUTER AND WAS ABLE TO TELL ME THAT THE LOST CHECK IS STILL ACTIVE AND HASN'T BEEN CASHED YET. THIS WAS INCONSISTENT AND CONTRARY TO WHAT THE MANAGER SAID TO ME. THIS TO ME IS A RED FLAG AND CAUSED ME THINK MAYBE I AM BEING DEFRAUDED.
