    I contacted a company found online and for $299.99 they totally fixed all my computer issues, can't remember the name of the technician,stavcomm in about 45 mins sorted out the mess and got me back up and running, only thing they did not restore my windows programmes which were deleted already. I contacted windows direct and they re=installed all my programmes, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I TRUST THEM.

    March 11, 2023 I was having issues with a Bing Hijacker and called what I thought was MacAfee for the coverage on my new computer. They said I was hacked. Scary stuff! I ended up paying $200 for two years more protection. A month later exactly I have Bing Hijacker on my Chrome again. I called the number given to me and it is an auto repair shop. I uninstalled Chrome and resinstalled a new download and it fixed my issue. I feel so STUPID !!!! I wish I could give them a zero but hopefully just warn others not to fall for this scam.

    They run a fake Mcafee website. when you go there it all looks legit, They say they are helping you by scanning your computer and say you need an extra program Supremo. Charged me $300. It did nothing. Found out from the reciepts they sent me...one saying Mcafee the other Stavcomm that they have nothing to do with Mcafee. I called them for a refund and got none ****** encouraged me to report it to the *** as it is a felony to scam a senior citizen. Complaint filed. .

    Thieves, when unable not authorized To access my PayPal account they rendered my pc useless, and then left a threatening msg on my voicemail , Truly hackers continuing to Phish. Buyer beware

    I am writing about Stavcomm who said they have business with ******. I use ****** for computer protection. Dec 21, 2022 I sent them $300.00 to extend ****** protection. On January 30th 2023 they said my computer was hacked and I paid again $300.00 for which they never answered my questions. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income. I need help. My name is ***** **

    This company is a total scam. Mark I***** (who also represents himself as Gary) called me on the phone out of the blue claiming that his company (Stavcomm) is a partner of ****** and that ****** and the FBI had alerted them that there was suspicious activity related to my IP address. This indicated that my computer had been hacked and needed immediate attention. He indicated that I would need to purchase a special ****** security plan and I ended up (stupidly on my part) agreeing to a lifetime protection plan. Then I started having problems with applications that worked just fine prior to his "fixing" my problems. I managed to fix those problems on my own. I also contacted ****** and did the research I should have done at the beginning. ****** strongly advised me that they have nothing to do with Stavcomm - and, contrary to Mr. I*****' claim that the customer service representatives don't know anything about Stavcomm, they do. And they could only apologize that I got hoodwinked by somebody using their name and reputation. I***** really pressured me to give him my checking account information but I refused. I'm alerting the credit card company to ensure that he is unable to make any further charges against my account and will change the account number altogether if necessary. Legal charges should be brought against this guy. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

    This company represented themselves as associated with ******. They sold me a product that I did not need. and just ended up causing more problems with my computer. ****** told me what they sold me was completely unnecessary. They charged me $300. They are liars and con artists.

    Kept getting popups that my computer had been infected. Notified ****** and was directed to third party Stavcomm. Very helpful gentleman remotely cleaned up my computer but then convinced me to spend $400 for a 5 year plan to prevent further infections including 3 calls per month to "check" on my computer. Read the latest reviews this morning and realized I had been the victim of a scam. Plan to closely monitor all accounts to make sure no unwanted activity occurs. Disappointed and frustrated that I had actually initiated the contact and was diverted.

    This company is indeed nothing but a scam. They fraudulantly represent themselves as ******. They have no conection to ****** and after you catch them in their lie they will deny that they said they were with ******. They lied to me about being with ****** and then charged me $200 for fixing my laptop and supposedly extending my ****** program for 3 years. After immediatly realizing that they were a scam I contacted them and they would agree to only giving me a $100 refund, which I have yet to ever get. It has been over 3 months now and when I call them you get a person that claims to be ********************* but he also claims to be ***** ******* or ******. He is nothing but a fraud and all the a**** does now when I call is disconnects me. What a ********! No wonder the BBB does not accredit them. I can guarantee you that the possitive customers reviews on their website are fake as they are a fake company. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!
