    We recently had a water valve fixed by them. Today we came ***** to the entire room flooded. New wood floors had just been installed and the whole room redone for my 8 year old daughter. They would not send anyone today AND they were going to charge me for the work that THEY GUARANTEE. I started asking if they were insured and they refused to answer. The floor literally SQUISHES when you put weight on it. The whole room is destroyed. I literally had to CUT THE CARPET TO REMOVE IT.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Ray the Plumber has NOT reached out to me and neither has their insurance company  the last communication was on May 9, 2023. Meanwhile, the water situation in my grand daughters room has worsened. She cannot sleep in the room and has been displaced and there is a smell of mildew  I NEED to have the addressed in a timely fashion.

    We had filed a claim against our insurance company, ******************** on 5/23/2023, and the customer was to follow up with them. 

    We had no further contact with them in regards to their issue.
