    This business has several phone numbers and they keep harassing me to buy their services. I get phone calls several times a month. I speak with the two same women, ***** and ****, who claim they didnt know I had to be removed from their call list. I also spoke with *** their manager about the constant harassing phone calls. This has been a problem for almost one year now. I have blocked their phone numbers, but they have about 10 phone numbers listed under their business, and also call from unknown phone numbers.

    An internal malfunction has been corrected and the consumer will not be contacted in the future.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    However, based on their history of telling me I am off their call list, they still continually harassed me with phone calls. So I am not confident the issue is completely resolved.

    If they continue to harass me I will seek legal action and hire a lawyer. I do not deserve to be violated or harassed.
