    I would select 0 stars if that option was available. This company ripped me off by charging my card $33.00 a few days after I purchased a legal **** of sale form from their website. I did not sign up for or authorize any type of subscription. I went to the web site listed in their email. Some chat bot said it will process a refund. Will believe it when I see it. This company needs to be put out of business.

    This business, albeit they have legitimate software products, is the most shady subscription business practice. Talk about taking your talent and absolutely destroying its reputation. There is absolutely no way for you to cancel you subscription since the website will never send you a password reset request. I know this is a scam since I always write down and log my passwords. I had to call Chase twice since when I got my money back on one card they promptly charged the other. I hope everyone who runs this business gets what they deserve.

    Paddle.com was doing deceptive advertising. They sold me a spy product "Hoverwatch" from UmobiX and did not provide any information on the return policy, having the target phone in my possession, or the difficulties of installation. So, they trick people to purchase the app with all the positive information that gets you excited. After you purchased the app, you came to realize that the technical challenges in the installation are beyond the comprehension of an average user. You will need to have the target phone in your possession for days. The worst part of it is that you cannot get a refund. They ran you around and all of a sudden they are just resellers and cannot handle refunds. When I reached out to the owner company, they denied knowledge of what ads Paddle put out. They referred you to their refund policy in which they have listed everything in the world that gives no room for a refund whatsoever. Because they knew the problems with the product and that people would be coming for refunds. Also, they were supposed to be charging monthly for a year subscription, but when I checked out, they charged the full year amount. It was an awful experience from Paddle.com.

    Paddle.com should NOT be allowed to handle anyone's financial transactions. When Paddle goes through our PayPal account the merchant is never ************** Paddle.com. Their tech support is totally useless and they can never ever tell you what the charge was for and we have no way to identify the merchant/charge. This should be illegal! I cannot believe this company has charter to handle our money and they need to be **** down!

    They are the absolute worst service I have ever tried using. They let you do all the work of setting up your site to use their service but they make you submit your domain to be approved by them which takes about 2 weeks of just twiddling your thumbs waiting for them to get back to you about it. Then you find out that your domain is not approved, they do not tell you why, and all the work you did was for nothing and the 2 weeks you waited for you domain to get rejected were wasted when you could have been setting up a different service during that time.I am completely furious and feel like this company should not exist if they are just going to waste developers time.
