    ***'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED.I purchased a physical CD of (software). They cancelled my order next day and sent me an email that my company didn't meet their requirements for purchase and to never purchase from them again. They still have my money pending and I'm waiting and hoping to not have to fight to get my money back.After calling them they stated that they use a 3rd party to "get the go-ahead" on clients.I understand that they only sell to businesses: I sent them a copy of my LLC Formation acceptance letter from the State I formed in as well as a redacted version of my IRS EIN confirmation. I asked them on the phone what I can do to verify my business and they suggested I purchase from someone else. I asked them if they are simply saying that they don't want my businesses money and they said yes.

    Absolutely terrible experience. They did the same thing to me that others are complaining about. They took my order, ran my credit card but, in the meantime, told me to send them my articles of incorporation so they could verify my business. I did. Then they asked me if I would verify and confirm again, and I did. They they told me that they were canceling the order and that they will refuse to give me a reason. What's more, they told me to NEVER order on their site again or they will reject that order as well. I have no history of fraud, the information I gave them is valid, up to date and accurate. I just wanted to buy a product, but, they not only made me feel like a criminal, they ran my card and it shows as a payment pending. Even though they told me they would issue a refund, I do not trust that this isn't a scam and I've had to contact my credit card company about the transaction to ensure it doesn't go through. Never, ever order form these guys. Ever.

    We do not sell products to the general public and have stringent selling policies due to numerous experiences with consumer fraud. We have the right to deny business to anyone we deem a high-risk transaction.

    I purchased from their website via credit card for my private business then received an email that my order was being processed. Then received a second email that they needed to verify I was a company and I sent them the information per their list. Then I tried to call to find out why I was denied. The person who answered their phone said a third party determines who is approved. Im not a major corporation, Im just a sole proprietor trying to help a small business.
