    I was ripped off for 100 then blocked Don't waiste your money folks

    From the beginning I've had nothing but problems they are quick to take your money but when it comes to cashing out or your bonus credits they won't do it. I tried cashing out and it took 4 days of disputing and jumping through every hoop that they could find and they did let me cash out one time but after that no absolutely not every time I would deposit money and the credit would show up whenever they felt like putting them on. The bonus credits if ever they hardly ever got put on there and that would be a one or two day ordeal because you're 24-hour customer service would get back with you maybe within 24 hours. You had to log out of the whole system every time if you wanted to switch games, the customer service they do had is extremely ignorant. Last straw was for me today when I deposited money on there and my bonus credits were not added and I was still waiting for my bonus credits from last week I was told that that promotion ended today well it was still advertised all over their website the first thing that pops up was that on their website had I known this I would not have played and when I address the issue I was not answered back so I would highly recommend staying away from Orion Stars it is the worst online experience I've ever had with any company.

    This company is extremely aggressive and I am quite positive they are breaking the law in so many ways. First, they tell you that if you do not pay, then your account will be sent to an attorney. Ok, maybe they are telling the truth and maybe they aren't. However they highly suggest that it will happen. When you miss one payment even though on accident, most places would just attempt the transactions a few days later or they will call or send an e-mail to give you the chance to rectify. However, this company well send you e-mails and texts in all caps telling you that if you do not make a payment, they will add 50 dollars and all payments you previously made will be removed and no longer count towards the debt (Pretty sure this is darn illegal).
