      How the hell is this place still in business? When I was 12 (2010) a neurosurgeon at DENT told me, directly to my face, that “you probably have a brain tumor, but we’re going to run some tests”. Who says that to a TWELVE YEAR OLD?? In the past year, I went to one of their imaging centers for an MRI and was told that I “no called no showed” to an MRI from 14 years ago, so I couldn’t be seen by them.* * * *.

      The compliance coordinator, is absolutely rude, uncompassionate, doesn't let you speak to express your concerns. She legitimately ran her yap and told me that because I have rescheduled a couple of appointments, that I was let go of the practice and hung up on me Then received a call from there office stating to come in for my Botox injection. Literally waited in a room for almost an hour for a nurse to tell me that the appt shouldn't have been made and I CAN'T be seen Waste of my time and resources. Wouldn't recommend this place to a fly. No compassion, understanding, or anything.

      Unless you are willing to put up with multiple cancellations "due to unforeseen circumstances", I would not recommend this place. There is absolutely no continuity with this institute. They started my mother on two different medications to slow the progression of her Alzheimer's then, when it's time to have the meds refilled, they say she needs to be seen by the doctor. An appointment is made back in Sept for a Dec 28th appointment, only to be cancelled ONE MONTH BEFORE the actual appointment!?! If you are taking on more patients than you can handle, at least have the decency to refer them elsewhere.

      If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Huge HIPPA violation organization and when a complaint is filed with the Compliance Manager multiple times not only do you not get a return phone call for a month but laughs it off as a joke. This is no joking matter as individuals health conditions are in Jeopardy! Will be taking this to the state level!!!

      Cut them some slack. This office deals with alot of stuff every single day! The providers, nurses, and reception have all changed my mind on the medical community. Even with having alot of different diagnoses and being a difficult patient they have always taken care of me and made time for me. They LISTEN to ME. They have allowed me to open up and build a healthy patient-doctor relationship! They are compassionate, kind, caring, and they don't give up! My anxiety has always been relieved and my worries helped. They should show docs how to treat chronic pain patients and how to have a great bed side manor. They actually want to make your life better with you help and cooperation. The improvement of my own quality of life by them is something I will never forget and will always remember! I'll never see any others! Thank you DENT for dealing with and putting up with what you do! A leading example of exception patient care! Also people remember DOCTORS ARE PEOPLE TOO THEY ARE HUMANS JUST LIKE YOU
