    9/30/22 I signed the contract through their tablet for a window and a door installation. I paid $856 for deposit, 1/3 of total price $2,566. The sales man named Dave Tilley told me the installation date would be sometime December 2022. I never received the copy of the contract I signed. 1/18/23 the company called me to let me know the custom made window finally came to their office to install. They said sorry to be later than contract date. (Need to check their recorded line) 2/7/23 I called the company for refund since there is no action for any installation. Sales manager called me with unprofessional manner, then threated me with collection department then hung up on me. (Need to check the phone conversation through their recorded line)

    Onn 4/21 we met with a representative of the aforementioned company and after a very effective sales pitch we settled on a window and the price. The window was installed on 7/2/21. One of the reasons we went with this company is that they assured us that if there were any problems they would quickly resolve them. The winter came and the window did not keep out the draft, we felt the wind come through the window and it rattles constantly. We called them several times and finally Jose came out saw a problem and said that his manager would call and come out. Well after several calls no one came, called or tried to contact us at all. They even had the nerve to have a company call us to ask for a recommendation!! Some nerve. I am a senior and $2,450 is a lot of money for something that i could have bought for a lot less. LIke I said there salesmen was good, real good. I would like some sort of call and resolution to this problem. My next step would be to go to small claims court. Thank you

    Our Director of Installation has contacted the customer and we are working with them to find the best option that will resolve the issue. Our goal is to provide the customer with complete satisfaction in the purchase of our product and services. We will update the BBB with more information as soon as a resolution has been determined.
