    see attached Edwin Mike A**** was hired by myself to trim several trees at my cabin. Mr A**** wanted cash we agreed on $2,000. This was last spring. Mr. A**** completed all of the trees, except for one the tree is very close to my cabin. He kept putting me off. Mr. A**** still owes me $1,000. We were in contact with each other until he blocked me on his phone.

    On June 27, 2022, my mother ******* ***** entered into an agreement with Edwin "Mike" A**** of Champion Trees to remove trees from our property at ** ** **** ********** *** ******. Total cost being $13,005.00. ******* has paid this entire bill, in installments. To date the job has not been completed. There is still mountains of debris left behind. My mother is 71 years old. The debris left has greatly limited her access to the property. Furthermore, he fell trees on antiques on the property and states he can do nothing to clear the mess. Champion Trees continue to make excuses for not completing the job, such as repeated deaths in the family. ******* has been giving the wood away to anyone that will take it, in an attempt to clear the property.
