    basements and beyond. i spent 250k and they have not completed the work. A/C units installed by non licensed people have never worked. the painting in the hall way was never completed and ***************** will not return calls or help in anyway. The A/C units were never part of the contract. i want them repaired or replaced. this happened in Jan 2023. I have tried 20 times to have ***************** fix the probel but he will not. Please help.

    Good day,

    Here are the facts of the matter regarding the above-mentioned complaint. All permit documentation from the township of ******** ** has been inspected and approved for all the work done at the said residence. Final payment is never collected if any work is incomplete or not finished, and our final payment was made without a problem. We have documented evidence and text messages that foul language, threats, and lies were made against us. A licensed HVAC representative has been called and sent to the residence only to be turned away by this customer with more threatening text messages about our company. I understand any customer can be upset if something is out of warranty, or needs repair, but it is absolutely unacceptable to use profanities, or threats. Unfortunately, we have an unhappy customer.  Of all the positive reviews any company can receive, it is an unfair world when only one negative review comes in like this.
