  0 stars because after 4 phone calls to request service , nothing. Asked for an estimate via phone , text and voicemail and was promised a return call. Nothing!!! Horrible service. Would never use them

  well I have hired JBS tree experts numerous times . They are very prompt in returning calls and setting up job. 100% work guaranteed is not true for my last tree trimming . I had a tree that was left with unsightly. branches and vines that in my opinion they could /should have trimmed up to look presentable. after calling to ask if this could be done i was told that Im never satisfied with their work and they cant make a habit of returning . We actually argued and then agreed to them trimming up the tree to the way it should look within 3 days . This is after he knew how upset i was by they way he spoke of me .It has been almost 2 months and me reaching out to ask when he might have this completed . NO answer back HOW is this 100% ******************??????

  *****, it's unfortunate that you fail to mention that during the original estimate the estimator told you that those branches and vines would be exposed. You proceeded to tell him that this is how you want the trees trimmed and he continuously said the more you trim off in that area the more that will be exposed behind it. Wasn't an issue at the time! We did the work according to how you wanted it done and then you paid in full signifying that you are SATISFIED with the work that was done. Days later you called and said that you were unsatisfied. Perhaps spending the extra few bucks to get the job done correctly as the estimator was explaining to you wasn't necessary for you at the time and thought we should just come back for FREE to do additional work. Not to mention your location isn't exactly a hop, skip, and a jump away from us. Its easily a ****-minute drive meaning that we would have to take time, money, and gas away from our day-to-day operations to come back and do a job that could have easily been done the first time. We were more than happy to come back when we were in the area but evidently that timeframe doesn't make you happy. Can't always agree with the statement the customers are always right! Thank you for allowing us to share the experience we had with you. Have a nice day!

  I had them come out and trim two oak trees. While trimming the trees,the hydraulic line on the bucket truck burst spraying fluid all over my yard and cars causing 3k worth of damage. I understand accidents happen. Now the owner ****** says he could have made the repairs cheaper and doesn't want to pay. Mind you ****** never contacted me until I asked to be reimbursed. Stay away from from this business.

  You forgot to mention how within 12 hours of the accident, you had already ordered a new awning for $1500 and took 2 cars that just needed a simple car wash to a ***** of yours to wash and have paint sealer applied for $980. Well that's at least what the fake inflated invoice provided from you states. Both Invoices from ********************** (They washed and sealed the paint) and AWS Awnings both share the same address? This raised a flag that there may be some invoicing fraud going on? JBS is a very reputable local small business and stands behind their work 100%. We go above and beyond to make any damage that occurs during our tree service process correct, until we feel we are being taken advantage of and extorted. You also failed to mention the professional power washing service that JBS hired to come back the same day to get this cleaned up that was sent away because it wasnt a convenient time for you. Well for us either, but we were trying to make it right as soon as possible. The ***************** came back twice to remove any residue that we damaged. We even reached out to the awning manufacturer to ensure we used the correct solvent/cleaner to remove any residue and was informed that the material was vinyl, and that in most cases, oil can be easily washed away with proper immediate treatment. JBS was going to pay for the new awning (even though it was a little premature to order it without seeing how it turned out after being cleaned) until we asked for the "ruined" one back and were told absolutely not. Then we asked where the "ruined" awning is and you replied that it was still up as it was the day we were there. So, what would anyone think after hearing that? You were again trying to extort a local small business into purchasing you a "backup" awning for yourself for when the life of the ruined one is over and you can put your new one up. Just thought this would be helpful to those who understand that there are 2 sides to every story! Thank you for your continued support!

  I Want to say that JBS Tree Experts have earned their name "Experts". Hats off to **** and His crew who removed and de-routed the big ******************* overhanging my back patio. Great Clean up job both in the rear and front of my house. The price to remove this tree and grind the tree stub was better than I expected. I highly recommend their professional services.************ ***********, **

  JBS **************************** I cant say enough about this tree service. Made an appointment for an estimate and they showed up and on time. Made an appointment to have tree removed, ***** ground, and new tree planted. They showed up, on time, and very professional. These guys not only did a fabulous job, they were pleasant and worked in 96 degree weather with a smile on their faces. When they were done everything was cleaned up and perfect. I feel like jumping for joy!!!
