      A guy came to our house asking about cutting our trees down. My husband told him he was thinking about ******* them at a later time. Well, the guy called my husband the next day. My husband told him to call back bc he was at work. Then 2 guys showed up to the house to talk to him, and I told them he wasn't home and would have to call him later. They didn'***** him nor did he call them- I came home from work the next day to find them outside pruning my trees, so I started yelling at them to stop. Because NO one authorized them to cut anything. They said they had a work order to cut. Well, we never signed anything or paid for anything. And my trees were perfectly fine. After the father came out & we explained to him what happened, he assured us he would rectify the situation. Because we never approved this. We have 3 trees cut and 4 uncut, in the front of our house. Well, my husband kept calling the cell # to the father and the original guy, and of course, there was no answer. My husband ran into him in town on another ************ said "I didn't forget about you" . Now months have gone by no words, so I decided to call the # I found online for them. The women who answered the phone was Extremely Extremely RUDE. FROM HER 1ST COMMENT. when I was explaining that my husband had been calling, she said "well he hasn't been calling here" I told her that I wasn't being rude to her and tried to explain the situation then things went very left in sec. Where we were in a yelling match. At this point I will report them to the BBB and file a small claim case. We don't have time for the unprofessional service this company provides.
