Paradise WIndow called me Friday to let me know I had an appointment forApril 21 Monday at 9 o’clock in the morning. I called and said I could not make that appointment if they could change it and she said well let me see if I can change it with somebody else. I was at work when she called back and didn’t get the message till late. She said I couldn’t change your appointment but will call me Monday and set you up for either May or June so I assumed that the appointment was canceled Monday morning. The employee showed up at my house. They called me and said we’re here to your windows. I said I called them and said I wouldn’t be there at 9 o’clock and they showed up around 8:47 I tried to call Paradise WIndow to explain to them that there must’ve been a miscommunication. They started yelling saying this conversation is over and then I get a bill for $75 because I didn’t keep my appointment. I have all the times and the messages from them I’d like to resolve this cause I feel like I should not have to pay the $75 and I’ve used them for like 2 1/2 years I liked them,They did a great job. I guess they were having a bad day. I don’t know but I’m too old to be talked to and that tone of voice I paid my guess in life I will not be disrespected 69 years old and worked my whole life and never mistreated anyone in business I own my own business for 35 Thank You
