      Do not order, delivery dates are always about 2 works off from what the website says, they take 7 to 10 days just to "process " the order yet it doesn't say that when you're ordering. They're reasoning in 2020 was covid delays which we understood, here we are in 2025 still happening. I Placed and order Jan 9 2025 the website and my email says delivery by Jan 16 (I need these items by the 18th) i checked on it the 14th still says processing. I call and I'm told 7 to 10 days more. Yet their site STILL says expected delivery Jan 16. They won't even cancel the order when in processing, I don't need this stuff after the 18th.

      An item was missing from my order. There is no phone # to call, so I sent an email. A month later ******* get a response that they will replace the item, and the I havent heard anything since (order placed in Oct 2024). I sent a second email and have not heard anything back. Absolutely unconscionable to take someones money without giving them what was paid for, and then ignoring requests to make it right.

      Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere! I purchased a dress for my daughter and it did not fit. I drove 45 minutes to the closest store to return it and was told they could not take it back because one of the tags was missing. The dress arrived with a tag that was in the shape of a pink heart, which was still intact, but the tag with the barcode was not attached. The store refused to return the item for me, because the other tag was missing even though this is how the dress was shipped to me!!!! I told them I never got a tag and it must have not been attached or fallen of in the factory, but they didn't care. I even showed her the pink tag that was still intact to prove the dress had not been work, but no help whatsoever. Reached out to customer service via phone and email and never received a resolution. Asked for a supervisor/manager to call me back also and am still waiting for the call 2 weeks later!

      Do Not Purchase from Children's Place. I added items to my cart for an online order and selected Apple Pay to complete the purchase. However, the order was placed without verifying the shipping address, which was an old one. The moment I realized this, I tried to change the address, but there was no option to edit my order details. **************** was closed at that time. The following day, when I contacted them, the representative told me the order was canceled, and if I received tracking information, I should contact **** to change the address. The order wasn't canceled, though, and when I contacted ****, they said they couldnt change the shipping info. I reached out to Children's Place customer service three times and received different answers each time. One representative was particularly rudeshe put me on hold for 30 minutes, claiming she was transferring me to a manager, but I eventually had to hang up. Its been a frustrating experience with no refund, and a complete waste of my time and did not receive the cloths as well.

      This company continuously advertises online while numerous people have not received their orders. I ordered on November 28th and have heard nothing since. They've taken my money and have not responded to my enquiries via email or their socials. They continue to delete and hide negative comments. Numerous people have posted complaints about not receiving their orders. Zero customer service and refuses to provide refunds or provide any reasoning/updates as to why they are withholding orders.

      In past years, I found my online orders and the items ordered at least satisfactory or better. However, this latest order for 4 clothing items for my 5 year old granddaughter has been nothing approaching that. In fact, I will not be ordering from them again. I placed an order on their website for Gymboree clothing on 11/08/2024 intended for Christmas. In the meantime, an email notification that it had shipped was received on 11/15/2024 with a tracking #.. Ever since that time, only a label was created, and inquiries said the package had not been received by ***** - to check with shipper. Therein, the problem. I had tried numerous times to reach them, as recently as this morning, by phone, using the #2 option concerning online orders. Everytime the message essentially noted heavy call volume, please try again, and the call would end. I also tried their contact via email. I received a response from a DoNotReply address stating a Case # and that a ************* Specialist will get back to you soon. That never happened. My credit card account was already charged on 11/16/2024. I called ***** again this morning to verify they had not yet received the package in order to process it further. They have not. The lack of contact available to this customer by either the phone number or followup with email leaves me upset and without these items I had hoped to wrap and give to my granddaughter for Christmas. I am now disputing the charge also with my credit card company. A very poor way to do businesss!

      Do not order from here. ***** customer service. I got a ******************** dress that was faulty. The bubble sleeves elastic was gone so the dress sleeves did not match at all. I sent a picture in and the customer helpers argued with me that they look the same!! Like she full on argued with me. I was requesting for a shipping label as Im not paying for return shipping for a faulty item. After asking if I can speak with the supervisor, she sent me the label. (At the beginning of the conversation she said the company doesnt make shipping labels). This was my first and last order with them.

      DO NOT ORDER ON LINE ANYTHING FROM THE CHILDREN PLACE I have gotten an e mail Monday 11/11/2024 that my order would arrive Tuesday. 11/12/2024 Nothing came yesterday as far as my order was concerned .I called the 877 number and after ******************************************************************************** the beginning she told that package has arrived ?? which took her five minutes to get back to me. then she changed it to actually it was shipped on November 7th and it will arrive within 10 days and she continued to give him a track number of at least 30 numbers ( which somehow was very hard to understand ) and didn't know who is delivering . How can I check a track # with so many many numbers when I don't know which company is in charge of your delivery. ..

      They added on $125 in collections after I paid my bill. Do not open a credit card with them. They have no will to help at all.

      I placed an order and 2 minutes later they cancelled my order. Everytime I place an online order with this company they always cancel it with no reason to why. Also items I ordered were in stock.
