      i had a one year contract with excel that was supposed to end in october. i called in mid september ************************************************************************************** that my service would be cancelled. i got calls from their salesperson wanting to find out what he could do to retain my business and i told him nothing. i told him that it didn't seem as if anyone showed up for scheduled services and it was an expense that i didnt want to incur anymore. he said ok. I noticed on my novermber bank statement that i had been charged and a saw an email for a contract renewal. i called them 3 times to follow up about this and requested an email confirmation that the service had been cancelled. i have yet to recieve the email confirmation of the cancellation. and expecting to be charged again. i would like a reversal of the charge for $47.98 for November and a confirmation of said cancellation.

      You account was canceled on 11/5/2023 and a refund was processed that day per your request. The refund was issued to your credit card on file. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear on your statement. This complaint was filed on 11/7. Your credit card company just hasn't credited your account yet. There is no need to file a complaint on this matter, it had already been resolved.

      I am requesting an immediate refund of the $400 I paid your company as well as the $40 pre-billed regular service fee back to my credit card (form of payment provided and would like to cancel my contract effective immediately as well. (please see explanation below)I called your company on Monday of this week and on Tuesday, ************************* came out to my home to address a potential rodent issue in the attic of a newly acquired home of mine. **************, without inspecting the attic or the property at all, quoted me $800 service to address the potential rodent issue and I could save half that fee if I signed up for the regular service which he stated included filling up the rodent bait boxes, spraying the outdoor/indoor of the property, removal of spider-webs etc so all sounded good so I went for it. I told ************** I would be right back running an errand and he said no problem. I was surprised when I got back (as I was gone 20 min) that he was already gone and he left my garage entrance door open to my home. Additionally, I have a contractor working at my home and we were all there at the house last night and the contractor was in both sides of the attic and happened to mention the following: 1. There was no evidence of rodents in the attic 2. There were only a total of 3 mouse traps placed in the attic (without bait)3. The mouse traps were placed in the center of the attic as rodents generally travel around the sides not the middle of a room (you would think he would have known that as an "expert". 4. The invoice I received from your company and what I was charged for does not match. I already requested a call back from a supervisor or someone in management to call me back twice without escalating this matter and have not received a phone call. I'm asking for you to please make this right and hope I do not have to spend more of my time on this matter.
