    On Dec 30,2023 I had hired Jersey Tree Care who cut down few trees in my backyard. They came with chipper truck and smaller tree picking vehicle and unbolted my two backyard entrance doors for their movement. The doors were not put back and are still lying on the floor and the lawn is ruined badly. Since January , I have been calling them and after promise to take care and excuses one after another, the job is not done. I am now exhausted and want to warn others to do no business with them. The owner Kevin picks up the phone, promises but never executes. Stay away from them if you want peace of mind. Very very unprofessional. Also, I wish I had checked the company before as they already had complaints registered !!!

    We hired Jersey Tree Care to remove a large tree in our backyard , when they finally came to remove the logs the logging truck did not put down planks to protect our driveway like the equipement truck did when they arrived to cut down the tree. The driveway is less than a year old. And when I was watching them leave with the logging truck I heard a crack ( I have a video and pictures of this) and found they cracked the driveway. ***** the owner made comments that the driveway was not done correctly and it was not his fault. When we hired this company we were assured that they were responsible for any damages done during the tree removal. After several phone calls he agreed to have it repaired . This has been since April and now it is the last week of July and it still has not been repaired.
