    Contracted to have trees in yard and side of house trimmed away from my house in March 2023 Company came late march i believe and brought a bucket which they used to cut trees overhanging a fence. Meanwhile the neighbor had them cut the trees down not directed by me it was a separate transaction.Bucket truck stuck have to call repair. Bottom line did some more trimming on the other side by the street, some workers left and they never cut anything in the back or on a tree by my deck.I was facing knee surgery in April and I did not go out to inspect the job. A week or so later I looked and realized they had not do any work in the back or the tree by the deck. I called and was told when they are in the area they will come back. It has been over 6 months and I guess they have not been in the area. I have talked to the office and been polite. They keep promising I am still on the list. Today she called and said that **** had been by and it is all overgrown yes it is cause it was never cut. Keep getting promises they will fix it but never do. I would like some money returned or the job completed. I have put up negative reviews and was contacted and asked to stop. I said i just need it fixed. Set a ************* and finish the job *********** has a good rating that is why i hired them and what they did was ok but it is not what the estimate shows would be trimmed. I paid in full which was stupid. It took a while for a repair person to come and they were working in my neighbors yard for which they were paid by him.
