      ****** and his crew put a roof on my home, about 2 years ago. After 8 months it started to leak. after fighting about the warrantee for a month he finally sent out a team to try to take care of the leak. the repair fixed it for a few months, but then it started to leak again. the damages to the inside of my house which he said he would take care of took another 6 months to get fixed, and the craftsmanship is poor. The drywall tape on the patch they put in has peeled off. Every time i look in the gutter i see more nails that have fallen out. When his crew came out they said it looks like the wrong nails were used, but ****** refuses to accept that his guys said that. Bottom line is poor work and poor customer service.

      the above individual had solar panels installed on his house, also he is not the customer I did the roof for so really didnt even have a warranty. After explaining this to him I still came out and did the work. I have been in business for many years and stand behind my work but you cant please everyone. After we did the work he threatened to put a bad review up about me and the solar company and I guess he followed through.

      As I have taken over the loan that is paying for the roof, I have transfer documentation that claims all warranties transfer to myself along with the loan. ****** is taking advantage of the situation and not honoring the warrantee. All that aside I wouldn't let his company touch anything on my roof after seeing the amount of nails that end ** in my gutter, the patchy paintjob his crew gave the indoor repairs, and the tape peeling off the sheetrock that was installed. Not to mention the damage caused to my stairs as his crew setup/cleaned up.
